-Shipping via this website is currently only open to US addresses - international shipping coming soon

-Delivery Issues:

Once an order has shipped, I no longer have control over the shipment. All orders include tracking, so any delivery issues should be addressed with the Post Office.

 

-Incorrect Info:

If your order information is incorrect and leads to a delivery issue, we cannot assume responsibility, and refunds will not be available.

 

-Processing Time:

As I am a one woman show, please allow up to 3 days for your order to be processed and shipped.

 

-Tracking:

-All orders come with tracking, this is sent once an order has been fulfilled. Once an order has been shipped, we no longer have control over its delivery process. At this stage, the responsibility for the package lies with the Postal Service handling shipment. If you encounter any delivery issues or delays with your order, we ask that you FIRST reach out directly to the Postal Service as they will be better able to help you.

-All order confirmations are automatically sent to the email provided at checkout! if you purchased with Apple Pay, please check the email associated with that account. Once your order has shipped you will receive another automated email which contains the tracking link and our Return Policy. 

 

RETURN POLICY:

-Please note that all items are FINAL SALE. This policy is intended to encourage customers to read descriptions thoroughly before purchasing. Each listing details functionality, any type of wear, unique features, and length. Please expect some wear, as most watches are vintage or second-hand.

CLEANING:

All watches are cleaned, tested and refurbished to the best of my ability. With that said I am human, so to reiterate, there may be some signs of wear and use. 

MEANING OF:
"TICKING/WORKING"

-These are either analogue (battery powered) watches that I have personally installed a new battery in, that is working and ticking 

-OR a mechanical (wind up) watch that is ticking/working

"UNTESTED"

-These watches have not been tested with a new battery or are missing a component of the watch that does not allow me to test the functionality of the watch, which will be listed in the description. 

"TESTED-NONTICKING"

-These are either analogue or mechanical watches that I have tested with a new battery or wound and the watch is still not running. To get these watches to work they will need to be taken to a watchmaker. I am not responsible if the watch is still not able to be made to work.
